PRIVACY PROTECTION - IT'S MORE THAN CYBER INSURANCE was the topic of the Chapter's February meeting, held on 2/10/09 at the Olde Mill Inn. Speakers: Toby Merrill, from ACE USA and Kendall Walsh from The Jurick Group presented information on the latest privacy and identity theft legislation and the loss trends in this fast developing area. They described available insurance products and the gaps in traditional insurance coverage. The chapter thanks both speakers for an interesting and informative program.
