MAY 2009 MEETING - THANK YOU TO OUR SPEAKERS!

The New Jersey Chapter held their monthly meeting on May 12, 2009 at the Olde Mill Inn. Jeffrey Lattman, Managing Director from Beecher Carlson and Tim O'Donnell, President of ACE Professional, addressed the group on "D&O Insurance - Are You Covered"? They discussed the effect of the economic downturn on litigation trends and how underwriters are evaluating risk in the current landscape.
