New Jersey RIMS Severe Weather Policy

1. Four people, including the President, Vice President, Program Coordinator (host) and program Chairman (Bob Hunt) will decide if the meeting will be cancelled, no later than noon on the day before the scheduled meeting date.
2. The program coordinator will contact speakers and notify them of the cancellation.
3. The Hotel will be called the day before to cancel the meeting.
4. The President will send out a blast e-mail regarding the cancellation of the meeting.
5. A Notification will be posted on the web site.
6. Members are advised to call the Hotel.
