We had questions too. That’s why the NJ RIMS chapter invited Chad Rosenberg, Principal & COO, Rosenberg & Parker Surety to help us navigate this somewhat intimidating topic. He certainly delivered . . . in a most delicious way. You’ll find his suggested pairings under the Meetings & Events tab above.
Ultimately, we learned that there really is no exact science to pairings, and many of the cheeses we sampled would go well with many of the wines we tasted. Having said that, Chad’s suggested pairings are a great place to start!
As part of our mission to support growth for the insurance and risk management professional through education, we are looking for New Jersey colleges and universities interested in expanding risk management and insurance education. Please see the details below.
Thank you so much Chad Rosenberg, Principal & COO, Rosenberg & Parker Surety for sharing your expertise on two of your passions, the surety market and cheese. You made the NJ RIMS December meeting an event to remember!
NJ RIMS had a lot of fun hosting “Market Update Jeopardy” at our September chapter meeting. Our expert panel was informative and the competition was fierce yet friendly. A good time was had by all.
Our expert panel put a lot of thought into developing their questions, so we encourage you take a look at the boards (see links below). Perhaps you want to challenge your friends, family and co-workers to a competition. We looked at only Board 1 during the meeting.
Market Update Jeopardy - Board 1
Market Update Jeopardy - Board 2
Market Update Jeopardy - Board 3
We would like to thank our prize sponsors Expeditors Insurance Cargo Brokers and Lockton, who helped make it an extra fun event. Thank you, also, to our esteemed panel of experts:
